[sllug-members]: Comcast limited bandwidth?

All,
I've been on Comcast for over a year. I regularly exceed 250GB per month
with no penalties or reprisal. I've never received a call from Comcast
(except) when I forget to pay the bill. It's unlikely that Comcast actually
contacted you in that threatening of a tone for something they let everyone
else do without issue.
My guess is that it's either, an angry neighbor who wants all the bandwidth
to himself, or a phishing scam. I can't see how they'd use that in a
phishing scam though, maybe they want your card to upgrade your account, but
will use it without your permission instead.
Cheers,
Clint
