In today's Salt Lake Tribune there was a story about XMission becoming
a CLEC.  That should enable them to cut down on some of the costs I'd
think.  Since you will be able to do one-stop shopping/billing for
DSL & ISP services.  (thanks to Duck for pointing this out).
