I am also about to get an internet and phone service to my new condo 
very soon. Debating between Comcast and a qwest basic telephone line or 
Qwest Dsl and a basic phone line. Don't require a lot of speed (need to 
save money).

What benefit do you get from using an ISP like Xmission over Qwest? 
Since Qwest provides the hard line anyways. Is it cheaper one way over 
the other?
