Hi Steve -
I'm now a Comcast internet customer, but used QWest's DSL for a long
time. I used Sisna as my ISP. A local tech turned me toward Sisna,
claiming that unlike many other ISPs, if you really needed a technical
person on their end, it was possible to get one. Like Xmission, Sisna
can bill you for the entire DSL cost (theirs plus QWest's), though I'm
not sure if they can bill the DSL-only lines from QWest. I talked to
them recently to set up a neighbor (who ultimately went with dial-up),
and they indicated that from a DSL fee perspective, they could get
QWest's services a little cheaper for me while also handling the account
for me. Sounded cool. www.sisna.com, or 877-GO-SISNA.
