Adding an SPF record for your DNS may help you out. I know that Hotmail
does use them, but am unsure of other measures they may take to detect spam.
http://www.openspf.org/ has a "wizard" that will help you know what to
put in there.
You may want to also check to see if your server's IP address is listed
in any of the common RBLs. I don't know if Hotmail uses RBLs or not.
