I just use USU's Fedora mirror after the utah.edu mirror went away:
http://mirror.usu.edu/mirrors/fedora/linux/core

It seems speedy enough, but I am probably a bad measurement, with my 512
kbps rate limit after 5 MB.

It also looks like they have a gentoo mirror there.
