[sllug-members]: FTP socket issues

Hey all, first I want to say that I love the help get here, you guys
are awesome!

I am running Suse 10.0-oss on my server at home, and I have
Xampp/Lampp running on it.

Until about a week ago my FTP server (proftp) was running just fine,
but now whenever I try to upload to it I get a failed to create socket
error.

Can anyone shed some light on this? or point me to the right place to
read up on this?
